If your purchase doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. If the damage is due to transport, you are entitled to a replacement. To process this, send us photos of the damaged product along with images of the packaging and packing materials. If you notify us within three days of receiving your order, you can request a replacement. If a replacement isn't available, we will issue a full refund.
If your tracking shows the product as delivered, but you haven't received it, first check the tracking details carefully. We recommend asking your neighbors or checking at your designated pick-up point to see if they’ve received it on your behalf. If you still can't locate the package, please contact us with your tracking number, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
