Refund Policy for items bought in our shop
1. Return Window

Within the EU: Items can be returned within 14 days after the reception of the goods.

Outside the EU: Returns must be acknowledged and made within 5 days after the reception of the goods.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in good condition, a refund will be issued. The refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment and will be for the full purchase amount.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Returns of Sale Items
We do accept returns and refunds for items purchased on sale.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
7. Customs Fees for Non-EU Customers
Customers outside the EU are responsible for paying any custom duties and charges for parcels that need to be reimported to Belgium. If these costs are not paid, the parcel will not be accepted, and the return will be considered void.
8. Insurance for Return Parcels
Customers are responsible for insuring their return parcels against damage and loss. We do not provide refunds for parcels that are damaged or lost during the return process.
